Dear NPP Education Committee, I am writing to express my interest in joining the Education Committee of the National People's Power (NPP). With over 30 years of experience in the education sector, working with various International Non-Government Organizations (INGOs), I have dedicated my career to aligning educational programs with the Ministry of Education's (MoE) initiatives. My longstanding collaboration with the MoE and the National Institute of Education (NIE) has been instrumental in enhancing the quality and relevance of our educational programmes. As a proud alumnus of the University of Peradeniya, I have done lot for Sri Lankan education sector at strategic development and implementation process. Despite facing challenges, including an arrest during the Rohana Padmasiri incident-1984, my support for the Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP) and the NPP has remained steadfast. I believe my diverse experiences, including my roots in Galgamuwa-Kurunegala and my current residence in Kandy, provide me with a unique perspective that will be valuable to the committee. While my organization's policies preclude me from frontline roles, I am confident that my contributions to the Education Committee can be significant and impactful. I seek your guidance on how to become an active and contributing member of the committee. Thank you for considering my application. In Sri Lanka, the public toilet system is very poor, including those in public schools. However, I noticed slightly better facilities at the elephant orphanage in Pinnawela. If your government aims to develop the tourism industry, please prioritize the improvement and modernization of the toilet system.
Do you have national agricultural policy. Agriculture is most important part in any economy. Country required organized agriculture for assure food safety.
