I am a temperory Demonstrator in a government university.As a graduate with the higest GPA from my batch, i was selected to the academic career as temperory.If we have the opportunity to gather with the academic staff but the problem is, we don't have the opportunity to establish as a permenent position in a academic path very easily.This is a huge problem cause we are the most clever students with a highest GPA in the batch, but we don't have the stable carrier path.we have to spent a long time to get a permenent position like probationary lecturer, it seems very difficult path and very long time process and there are no more opportunities in the carder.So, i believe, your kindly attention will gather with this problem in higher education in Sri Lanka. Thank you very much.

All of us know that we have a very poor public transport system and I understand you have plans to revamp the entire system to facilitate with a good transport system. There are over 113,000 buses operating in Sri Lanka and except a very few buses running on the express ways and used by tour operators, all the others are very uncomfortable buses with “ Lorry Chassis “. Both government and private buses are of the same quality. Hence, do you have a plan to replace them with “ Real buses “ gradually and stop importing so called “ Lorry buses “.

මම දැනට රැකියවක නිරත වන අතර අපොස උසස් පෙල විශයන් දෙකක් පමනක් සමත් ව ඇත. ලබන වසරේ අග පදනම් පාඨමලාවක් හදාරා NIBM ආයතනයේ උපාධි පාඨමාලාවකට ඇතුලත් විමට බලාපොරොත්තු වෙමි NPPරජයක් බලයට පැමිනි පසුව මෙවැනි අර්ධ රාජ්‍ය ආයතන වලින් විකල්ප ඇතුලත් විම් (Alternative Entry Routes) හරහා ලබා ගන්නා උපාධි සදහා අවස්ථා අහිමි කර නැවත රාජ්‍ය විශ්ව විද්‍යාල වලින් පමනක් අපොස උසස් පෙල සමත් ව ලබා ගත යුතු වෙනවාද ?
