The JVP's fundamental policy for the past 59 years has been Marxian Socialism. Why none of these words cannot be found neither in the JVP nor in the NPP website? Thank you for your inquiry. Maxism is a philosophy , an economic model and a way of life for the mankind. NPP is a dynamic political party and we take good from all and keep bad away. We stand by the realities of today and we plan for tomorrow. When we act, you can call it by any name but we do all that for the upliftment of the quality of life of all people irrespective of caste , creed or race. NPP is a party that always stand for equity and fairplay.

Good Day, I already determined to vote your Front without any personal expectation. Further I canvases all my relations to vote on your front. Kindly note that after independence all previous governments were step by step destroyed our private entrepreneurs every five years. As a results now we don't have any industry or agriculture products which we can sale for outside to the world. The governments owned industries and services also collapsed due to none availability of compliance and accountability due to miss management and unsuitable appointments relating to political decisions. At the moment there is no collective achievement due to individual and personal agendas. No country completely build through purely government based industries or any related organizations. Therefore I suggest the better approach is implement strict and stringent governance through regulations, compliance, legal system to control the private entrepreneurs and allow them to develop their business independently. Then they will control their organization to manage efficiently as if not they loses their jobs as well as their investment. On top of that you can claim the correct taxation in order to look after the people who need assistance until they reach to contribute back to the country. Assistance programme also should not life time other than elderly people plan to certain time frame with action plan. Government should not repeatedly maintain such programmes as they must come out from that level and should self sufficient based on the assistances programme. Government should not run any business. for eg, what is the purpose of running a Air Line by government? You can sale "National Carrier" for large sum to(even you renew every year based the service evaluation) and can apply required tax but should allowed to operate through private body. Then any busyness will not loss making business, then the country will automatically come the profitable track. This is applicable for any industry. Eg. Toyota, Mitshubishi, Isszu etc not Japan government owned business. Therefore create national policy which can how to uplift private owners and how you govern them how they accountable for national interest. Within five years you can get the country to right track. Same time government should responsible for the Security, Foreign policy and Law and order.
