Any plans to extend the Mirigama Highway to Colombo and complete that project?

Im a graduate from a leading private campus in Sri Lanka. What I want to know is what will happen to existing private universities under npp government. Promoting government universities with a quality education is important. But when we considering about the capacity of the government universities, it will not be sufficient for the entire student capacity that will be out from schools after the Advance-Level examination.

We plan to strengthen the state education system while minimizing disparities in resources, and we will also regulate the private education sector.
