The Kalutara Grand Rally was held today (18), as a part of the NPP victory rally series. Thousands of people joined together to pledge their support for the 2024 presidential election, which will steer our country towards a new renaissance and a vision of a “Thriving Nation – A Beautiful Life”. The main speaker at the event was Anura Kumara Dissanayake, presidential candidate of the National People’s Power. According to some media reports, this may be the largest crowd ever to attend a political rally in Kalutara’s history.
