The Banking and Finance Forum of National People’s Power’s press conference was held this morning (13th) at the People’s Liberation Front head office in Battaramulla Pelawatta. Professor Anil Jayantha, Head of National People’s Power Economic Council, Samira Alwis, Convener of National People’s Power Banking and Finance Forum, Dilshan Chamikara, Colombo District Organizer of National People’s Power Banking and Finance Forum and Secretary of Central Bank of Sri Lanka’s Bank Graduate Trade Union participated in this.
Speaking there, Professor Anil Jayantha stated that those who destroyed the economy and took the lives of the people are now sending false propaganda.
Mr. Sameera Alwis revealed that the government pressured banks to end corrupt transactions before the presidential election.
Also, Mr. Dilshan Chamikara, who participated in this, said that the NPP team is ready to work hard to provide a beautiful life for the people.
